Our Relationship with Our Heavenly Father

The Apostle John wants us to understand our relationship with our Heavenly Father. John felt that our understanding of this relationship was so important that he tells us it twice with added emphasis.  We begin our spiritual journey as newborn Christians and through trials of many kinds we develop perseverance that leads to spiritual maturity. As we mature we take on the responsibility of encouraging and assisting others on their journey.
