God’s Children and Sin

Have you ever thought about what it will be like to personally meet Jesus. You will. When he looks at you how will you feel?

John calls us to live a pure sinless life.

Ok, how are we to know if we are living a life that is achieving a purified life?

It is not by creating a list of rules to follow. That leads to Legalism. With a set of rules to follow, people stop listening to the Spirit of God, they become judgmental of others and conceited about how perfect they are.

To Stop Sinning we must stop giving into our fleshly desires!

God wants honesty. Be honest about your relationship with the Lord. If it is not a committed relationship, ask the Lord to forgive you.

1John 2:1–2 — My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.
